The company was established in 1983 when Kim Saleh and Roy Taylor bought a small plating company operating in Weston-Super-Mare Called Duchlex. Both from electro-plating backgrounds, they built the company and were able to move into a custom designed factory in Yate, Nr Bristol in 1989, where the present company still operates. Roy Taylor left the company shortly after this move and Kim Saleh has continued to develop the very specialist restoration services that S&T now offers.

The company is staffed by very experianced polishers and platers and key staff who have all the necessary skills to strip, polish, repair, plate and inspect the work that is undertaken.

S&T services customers right across the UK and Ireland and evan has regular clients in various parts of the European mainland.
